
INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Maple Butter, at room temp
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Maple Butter, at room temp
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg large, room temp
3/4 tsp baking powder
Maple Glaze
4 Tablespoons Salted Maple Banner Butter
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cookies
- Preheat over to 350F
- Sift flour and baking powder together then whisk to combine.
- Cream butter and sugars, add an optional 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt.
- Mix peanut butter fully with the butter and sugar
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract
- Add the flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until incorporated.
- Roll dough into one inch balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using a fork press down on dough to from a crisscross
- Bake cookies for about 10 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool completely before adding the glaze onto.
Maple Glaze
- Melt the butter and syrup in a small saucepan on medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately whisk in the powered sugar cinnamon and salt
