Shipping & Returns
Should you receive butter that is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that we can’t accept returns or exchanges on butter.
During the Summer months, we only ship butter on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after midnight on Monday are typically shipped the following week. In a few rare instances, additional shipping charges may be required. We will contact you before completing the transaction if these apply. We don’t ship outside of the Continental U.S. (sorry!) Shipping includes the cost of the following: a reusable cooler, ice packs, dry ice, (dry ice will evaporate over the course of 48 hours), and 2-day or overnight shipping, depending on location. Shipping costs will appear before check-out. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
During the cooler months, if you live in California, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, or Wisconsin, you can choose a lower 3-Day Select shipping cost. Some exclusions apply.
We always encourage our customers to reuse and recycle. We suggest you reuse your box and cooler or recycle them at any one of these locations. We try and use supplies that are compostable when every possible. We do sometimes ship in styrofoam coolers with biodegradable liners.
