WHAT YOU NEED:

1.5 cups spaghetti

2 Tbsp Sea Salt Banner Butter

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

½ lemon, zested

The juice of one lemon

WHAT TO DO:

1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions

2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat

3. Heat butter until foaming

4. Add red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds

5. Add lemon zest and cook for 30 seconds

6. Add lemon juice to the sauce when the pasta is ready

7. Add pasta to skillet and mix well

8. Serve in a bowl or on a plate, add some parmesan if you want to

9. Savor
