Ingredients:
1 lb. Wagyu Chuck Steak
6 TBS grated parmesan + extra as needed
6 TBS Pork Panko + extra as needed
2 TBS Roasted Garlic, Basil and Parsley Butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Tools:
Mixing bowls
Measuring cups
Thermometer
Boning knife
Grill
Broiler
Cutting board
Tongs
Paper towels
Baking sheet

Procedure:
Preheat the grill to its highest setting. Meanwhile, take the chuck steak out of the packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Trim the steak of any excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until ready to grill.
Combine the parmesan, panko, Roasted Garlic, Basil and Parsley Butter, and garlic and a mixing bowl. Stir until combined, then set aside.
Once the grill is preheated, place the steak on the grill for 3 minutes, flip, and repeat for another 3 minutes.

Afterward, remove the steak from the grill, reduce the heat on the grill to low, and preheat the broiler.
Place the steak on a baking dish and liberally coat the top of the steak with the parmesan & panko mix. Once the mixture has been applied, fill in any gaps on top of the steak with parmesan and panko until full coverage has been achieved.

Place the steak in the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted and begins to turn golden brown.
Transfer the steak back to the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes. Once an internal temperature of 127-130 degrees has been achieved, remove the steak from the grill and allow the steak to rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice the steak and serve with sides of choice. Enjoy!
