These are brownies like you’ve never had before! This recipe uses our Dark Chocolate butter and espresso powder to give these brownies a complex, rich taste! Check out the recipe below.
Ingredients

1 cup (226g) Banner Butter Dark Chocolate Butter

3/4 cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

1 tsp instant espresso powder

3 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups (270g) semisweet chocolate blocks or chips

1 cup (120g) all purpose flour
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 F

Melt the butter over medium low heat until completely melted.

Transfer melted butter into large bowl, sift cocoa powder and sugar into the butter and mix until well combined.

Note: Mixing until the sugar is fully dissolved makes for a fudge finish.

Add in the espresso powder, eggs, salt, and vanilla into your mixture.

Cut up your chocolate into pieces and add them into your mixture. Set a small amount aside to sprinkle on the top at the end.

Fold in the flour gently until it is fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Note: Less time baking will make fudge brownies!
