Ingredients

  •  3 to 4 tablespoons Cinnamon, Cardamon, Ginger Banner Butter
  • 6 cups sliced, unpeeled Jonathan apples
  •  1 tablespoon white sugar
  •  2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  •  ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
  •  ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large heavy skillet.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients,
  • Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Turn the apples carefully with a spatula as they cook. Apples will be tender and still hold their shape.
