Ingredients
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Cinnamon, Cardamon, Ginger Banner Butter
- 6 cups sliced, unpeeled Jonathan apples
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large heavy skillet.
- Add the rest of the ingredients,
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Turn the apples carefully with a spatula as they cook. Apples will be tender and still hold their shape.
