Shipping & Returns

A note on shipping: Due to the Christmas and New Year Holidays, all orders placed on or after December 18, 2024 will ship in January 2025. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping

We only ship butter on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure same-week delivery. Orders placed after midnight on Tuesday are typically shipped the following week. In a few rare instances, additional shipping charges may be required. We will contact you before completing the transaction if these apply. We don’t ship outside of the Continental U.S. (sorry!)

Shipping includes the cost of the following: a reusable cooler, ice packs, dry ice, (dry ice will evaporate over the course of 48 hours), and 2-day shipping.  Shipping costs will appear before check-out. 

Once your order ships, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Returns Policy

Should you receive butter that is damaged, please email us at info@bannerbutter.com. Note that we can’t accept returns or exchanges on butter.

Recycling

We always encourage our customers to reuse and recycle. We suggest you reuse your box and cooler or recycle them at any one of these locations. We try and use supplies that are compostable whenever possible. We do sometimes ship in styrofoam coolers with biodegradable liners as well.
