Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 lb. rack of baby back ribs

BBQ Rub – we suggest Meat Church’s The Holy Gospel 

2 tablespoons (or one ounce) of Sea Salt (or Unsalted) butter

½ cup apple juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Rub the ribs with the BBQ rub

Smoke ribs 2 ½ hours

Take ribs off the grill and place onto foil, fold up the sides of the foil to create a “boat” for the ribs

Place butter and apple juice onto ribs

Smoke ribs for another hour

Remove ribs from foil, place back onto grill and brush with BBQ sauce
