Our friend Jason was gracious enough to share his gourmet popcorn recipe with us, and we couldn’t help but to share it with you.  Looking for that go-to Fall snack? Stop your searching!  This carefully crafted concoction is both gluten-free and peanut-free.  Full in flavor, light on the tummy.  Let’s get it poppin’!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Almond Butter
1 cup Nutella
2-4 tablespoons Cinnamon Cardamom Ginger Banner Butter (depending on desired creaminess)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pop 3.5 oz of popcorn. Melt almond butter, Nutella and butter together over medium heat until well mixed. If it’s still thick, add more butter.

Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the popped popcorn out. Drizzle the nut butter mixture all over the popcorn and let cool.

The Banner Butter adds a delicious spice flavor to the popcorn making a perfect gluten and peanut free fall snack.
