When friend and customer, Becca, posted this photo of chocolate frosting to Instagram, we couldn’t help but to ask for the recipe. This is the the kind of stuff you want to lick right off of the screen! Cultured butter is key here!
Transform this frosting from your screen to atop your favorite pastry with this recipe adapted from Urban Bakes.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup unsalted Banner Butter
- 4 oz. baking chocolate
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 ½ cups confectioner sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat butter and chocolate in a bowl until blended, then add vanilla and milk.
Add confectioner’s sugar (gradually), beat until blended.
*To get a thinner consistency, add more milk.
