Alright, here is WHAT YOU NEED:
3 tbsp Cinnamon Cardamom Ginger Banner Butter
1 tbsp bourbon
2 cups sliced Georgia Sweet Peaches, skin on
¼ tsp flake sea salt
¼ toasted pecan pieces
4 healthy scoops of vanilla ice cream
Here is WHAT TO DO:
Melt butter over low heat in a medium sauté pan.
Stir in bourbon and increase heat to medium.
Fold in peaches and cook for 3 mins. Sprinkle with salt and pecans.
Spoon warm over ice cream.
